Director of Children's Ministry: LifeWay Church, Federal Way Washington, part time / or bi-vocational -Pastoral team staff member.

Open to male or female. A children's Director to coordinate and lead the discipleship of children in our church as part of our programs, work at helping parents in their role, plus missions / outreach to children and families in our community.  Currently a part time position. Someone who loves developing teams of people, training others, and a huge heart for children and families. Qualifications: bachelor degree preferred but not required. 3-5 years of experience teaching/caring for children in a faith based setting. Pastoral heart and disposition. Great team member with the other church leaders. Meets biblical character of a deacon as described in Scripture. Agrees and teaches with LifeWay's statement of faith. Loves the work of the Church. Ready to start immediately.
